Brynymor House (sleeps 10)
Brynymor House is a charming coastal villa believed to have been built around 1900, when Ferryside was becoming a popular seaside retreat following the arrival of the railway in the mid-19th century. Perched above the shoreline, the house enjoys beautiful views across the Towy estuary, where the river meets Carmarthen Bay and the light changes with the tides throughout the day. It was originally built as a private family home, likely for a prosperous local family drawn to the peaceful village setting and its sweeping coastal outlook.
More than a century later, the house still holds that same sense of calm and character. In 2026, we lovingly restored Brynymor, carefully preserving its historic charm while transforming it into welcoming holiday accommodation, so guests can enjoy the same remarkable estuary views and timeless Ferryside atmosphere that first inspired its creation.
